National Tooth Fairy Day!

Did you know that in the USA we have a Tooth Fairy that comes and takes your teeth and leaves money.
In most Spanish speaking countries a mouse named Ratoncito Perez visits children and leaves behind money or a small gift.
In India children will throw their lost teeth. If they lose an upper tooth they will throw it towards the floor, but if it is a lower tooth they throw it towards the roof. They believe the new tooth will grow toward the old tooth and will come in strong and straight!
And in the Philippines when they lose a tooth they hide it and make a wish. After a year passes, they go looking for the tooth. If they can still find it, they get to make another wish!
